The Stay and Play Program at Miss Janice’s Out of School Care offers a warm, engaging, and thoughtfully structured environment where young children can learn, explore, and grow with confidence.
Our program is carefully designed to support early childhood development through a balanced combination of guided learning and purposeful play. Children are encouraged to build independence, develop social skills, and express their creativity through a variety of enriching activities, including:
• Arts and crafts
• Storytelling and language development
• Music and movement
• Outdoor exploration and play
Our experienced and dedicated team creates a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment, where each child is supported to thrive at their own pace.
Parents can have peace of mind knowing their child is cared for in a secure, stimulating, and development-focused setting.
We welcome children aged 20 months to 4 years on a full-time basis.
To ensure each child benefits fully from the program, children should be under 2.5 years of age at their intended start date. This allows sufficient time for children to settle comfortably into the program and gain maximum benefit from our early development approach.
The program operates across three (3) terms per year:
• Term 1: September – December
• Term 2: January – April
• Term 3: May – August
Each term includes:
• One (1) two-day half-term break
• Two (2) weeks of holiday
Specific dates, public holidays, and closure periods are communicated to parents at the start of each academic year.

To register your child, a non-refundable registration fee of SCR 500 is required. This places your child on our waiting list and contributes towards administrative processing and record management.
Please note that registration does not guarantee placement, as spaces are subject to availability.
When a place becomes available, parents will be contacted and offered a placement.
When a place becomes available and is offered to your child, an additional non-refundable enrolment fee of SCR 2,500 will be required to secure the placement. This fee must be settled within the timeframe communicated at the time of the offer.
The Stay and Play Program fee is:
SCR 13,000 per child per term
(Equivalent to SCR 3,250 per month)
Fees include:
• Lunch
• All program activities
Snacks are not provided.
Children enrolled in the Stay and Play Program may also participate in our After School Care Program.

Fee:
SCR 1,800 per term
(Equivalent to SCR 450 per month)
This is a fixed fee, regardless of attendance frequency.
We offer two payment options for flexibility:
Fees are payable in full at the start of each term:
September, January, and May.
Fees must be settled in advance at the start of each month.
Miss Janice’s Out of School Care reserves the right to charge interest on overdue fees.
• Rate: SCR 500 per calendar month
• Interest accrues from the due date until payment is received.
